Every Vote Counts

The Every Vote Counts project provides easy to understand information about politics, how it affects people and how to get involved for people with learning disabilities.

The website includes a What Is Politics? section which explains politics and democracy using easy to read information and photo symbols.

It also includes a guide to voting including how to vote in person (opens in a new window).

Promote the Vote

The Promote the Vote website (opens in a new window) aims to raise awareness by supporting and encouraging people with learning disabilities to have a better understanding of the voting process, to become active citizens and to register to vote. The project has been funded by the Electoral Commission.
